I work with clients to build identity, communication, and community with a focus on healthy relationships. We will work together from the foundational belief that mental wholeness includes right relationship with God, self and others. Using a Solution Focused approach to therapy, I will collaborate with you discover the best way to address your current concerns and tackle challenges. I deeply enjoy working with individuals and families facing challenges to create and establish a new, healthy normal.
